We are an independent charitable registered provider of over 200 affordable general needs homes in Birmingham.

Our People

We have a team of 8 directly employed staff who are responsible for providing housing and maintenance services to our tenants, this includes: allocations, rent collection, repairs, improvements, tenancy matters and dealing with anti social behaviour and complaints.

We pride ourselves on delivering a friendly, reliable and individual customer service. We know all of our tenants and make sure that we have personal contact with them at least once a year through our programme of tenant liaison visits.
