Lyndon is our Estate Caretaker. In this role he maintains the communal garden areas of our properties converted into flats and undertakes the cleaning for the shared areas. Lyndon also completes regular fire safety inspections and tests the fire alarms.
Lyndon also completes minor repairs such as fitting CO2 monitors and provides a quick response on any incidents of damp or mould reported by tenants.
Lyndon provides general assistance to residents where possible, this comes with a sociable approach and a concern for others.
Finally, Lyndon assists the Housing and Repair Managers with communal meter readings and other tasks.
Lyndon has been with the association since 2021.
