When to pay
Your rent is due weekly in advance on a Monday. If you want to pay monthly, this must be in advance for the coming month, we will make an exception if you are on Universal Credit or Housing Benefit and this is paid to you in arrears.
To work out the monthly rent, multiply the weekly rent by 52 and divide by 12.
e.g weekly rent of £100 x 52 weeks = £5,200 ÷ 12 months = £433.33 per Calendar Month.
Payment should be paid weekly on the same day of the week. If you pay monthly pay on the same day of each month.
To help you know how much you have paid and when, we will send you a rent statement every 3 months. You may also request a rent statement at any time and we will send it to you by post, or you can view your rent account using our Sassha Ice App. Contact us for information on setting up a Sassha Ice account.
Your rent is reviewed each year, any changes are effective from the first full week in April.
We will always write to let you know before we make any changes to your rent.
