Customer Service

We have a team of 8 directly employed staff dealing with the full range of housing services including: tenancy and estate management, rent collection, repairs and maintenance, lettings, customer support.  

Our dedicated team includes a qualified surveyor with responsibility for day-to-day repairs, planned maintenance programs and major works. Due to our size, we presently operate on a part-time basis (Tuesday – Thursday each week, with a repairs service operating at all times). 

High Levels of Tenant Satisfaction

From its origin in 1967, BCHA’s approach to tenancy management has been based on personal contact with every tenant at least once a year and this tradition continues today. Over the years, this approach together with a quick response repairs and maintenance service has constantly returned high levels of tenant satisfactions – currently 96%. 

Our office is located at Wheelwright Road in Erdington, Birmingham; however, we do not except our tenants to come to us – our approach is to visit tenants in their home whenever personal contact is required or preferred by the tenant.
