What is STAIRs?
The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirement Scheme (STAIRs) is a new standard introduced by the Government. It gives tenants living in social housing rights to see information about how their home and services are managed and how their landlords is performing.

- Phase 1: Publication Scheme – 1st October 2026 – we must publish information.
