Bridget Smith


Bridget is a first point of contact for callers to the association. With over 25 years service, Bridget is also the longest serving member of staff, she is an integral part of the team due to her extensive knowledge of the company’s operations. Bridget keeps the team motivated with her friendly and positive outlook – plus regular cups of tea and coffee throughout the day!

Bridget helps tenants with repairs, rent payments and other housing queries. She also plays an important role in managing our rent account system to ensure all accounts are up to date and accurate. Bridget also supports the Housing Managers with tenant liaison calls through which we keep in regular contact with all tenants.

Bridget has been with BCHA from 1997.
