Sue’s primary role is to manage the association’s accounts which involves paying contractors and other suppliers and ensuring that financial records comply with industry standards. This is a vital role that requires a keen attention to detail. Consequently, Sue enjoys maths, numbers and challenging puzzles. Perhaps this is the secret to her outstanding organisational skills.

Sue manages the payroll and ensures the smooth operation of financial systems and a high quality of service for tenants and other stakeholders.

Working with our gas contractor Status Heating, Sue is also responsible for ensuring that gas certificates for all tenancies are valid and up to date. This is a crucial role that ensures the safety of our tenants and their families.

Susan has been with the association since 2021.
