Clive has 36 years of experience working for Birmingham City Council, 26 of these in managerial roles in both front-facing and back-office services. He managed key services such as Neighbourhood Offices, Benefit Processing Teams, Inbound Rent Service Call Centre, Benefit Advice and Debt Advice Teams.
In addition, Clive has a wealth of experience in Project Management and Strategy Development. Being committed to fairness, he was the divisional lead for equalities and has an excellent working knowledge of the Equality Act.
