Kelly has grown up in the West Midlands and lives in Birmingham. She is driven to improve the housing landscape across the UK because she feels strongly about the importance of suitable, affordable housing. Kelly has a strong social conscience and knows that a tenant first approach must be at the core of any Housing Association.
Previously, she worked within the Legal Team at Flagship Housing Group. Here, she helped deliver Flagship’s first land led scheme, allowing her team to ensure they provide the best quality homes. Currently, she is working within the Growth and Development Team at Platform Housing Group, overseeing all new build rent setting and managing development contracts. Kelly has supported the implementation of revised strategy and policy documents for our start to end development process.
