Jackie has been working in Housing Services for local authorities, including Birmingham City Council and Redditch Borough Council, for over 30 years. She was at Director level for 8 years. In 2010, she moved to South Staffordshire District Council and became the Corporate Director for Environmental and Leisure Services. Later, she became Commercial and Communities and Wellbeing Director, focusing on community Engagement. She has been involved in large-scale Commercial schemes and providing front-line services to communities, working with Elected Members to reach their goals.
She has been a Board Member since 2011 and has experience in managing comprehensive housing services, budget management and working in partnership with public and private sector organisations.
