Ian is a qualified Building Surveyor with over 30 years experience in social housing. During this time Ian has gained extensive experience in maintenance services and major refurbishment schemes. Ian has been involved in re-generation of neighbourhoods and has delivered schemes that have greatly improved the quality of life of the residents. Ian is passionate about providing high quality affordable housing and services for residents.
Ian has served as Chairman of the Board of Management since May 2019.
