Jean-Luc retired in 2023 after 17 years at the helm of Lench’s Trust, a local alms-house/Registered Provider. During his tenure as Chief Executive the Trust modernised its stock and introduced an extra care scheme in Quinton, building on his experience in the care sector, and strengthened the charity’s governance.
Prior to joining the Trust Jean-Luc’s career spanned many years in the care sector, firstly as a senior manager in the NHS and then as Chief Executive of a hospice (independent charity) in Gloucestershire for 10 years.
Since retirement Jean-Luc has devoted his time to charitable work, joining 2 other Boards of Trustees and doing voluntary work for FoodCycle once a week.
