Paul’s job involves dealing with all aspects of tenancy management, from allocation and letting through to vacation.
The main focus of Paul’s role is getting to know our tenants through our programme of annual Tenant Liaison Visits, ensuring that we make personal contact with all tenants during the year. His success in this role can be attributed to his keen attention to detail. Paul is there to ensure the tenant gets all the help they need to sustain their tenancy and also ensures any defects in the property are reported and dealt with.
Paul has been with BCHA since 2023.
