Quick and Easy: How to Report a Repair
Before you report a repair please have as much information as possible about the problem so we can think about what needs to be done and decide which of our contractors will be the best to fix things.
If you have a gas leak turn off the gas supply, open a door or window and call the gas emergency service on 0800 111999 first and then let us know.

Sheila's Story
This has been my home for 4 years. I’m grateful to Birmingham Civic Housing Association because I’m closer to family since moving here. The people are lovely – if you have any trouble, they’re able to sort it out right away.
I love my home, especially the garden. Each neighbour takes pride in how the flowers look. It’s a real community here, so I’m really lucky.
