An impressive 93% of tenants reported being very satisfied with Birmingham Civic Housing Association (BCHA) during the latest survey, carried out between August and November 2025 by independent researchers at Acuity Research and Practice.
Conducted via telephone, online, and postal questionnaires, the survey explored how residents feel about the maintenance of their homes and the delivery of key services, while also collecting the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) required by the Regulator of Social Housing.
These findings provide valuable insight into the main drivers of satisfaction and the issues tenants care about most, guiding BCHA’s future planning. This report shares the key results, reflecting tenants’ opinions about their homes and the services they receive. We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who took part.
