We would like to inform you about an important upcoming change regarding our repairs service. The current service arrangement with Wrekin Housing Group will conclude at the end of March 2025. Starting from April 2025, a new service provider will take over the repairs and maintenance responsibilities.
At this stage, we are in the process of selecting the new contractor to ensure that the provider will offer the best possible service for our tenants. We are excited about these upcoming changes and want to assure you that our primary goal is to enhance the quality of service you receive.
Please rest assured that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible, and there will be no disruption to the repair services you rely on. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priorities.
